In my current role at 3STEP, I split my time between corporate marketing and our football vertical. I am the Social Media and Marketing manager for the UCReport, the No. 1 recruiting service in college football and a part of the 3STEP Sports football vertical. Responsibilities include social media management, e-mail marketing design and execution, promotion of our camp series and the Under Armour All-America game, video and photo support on-site, and elevating brand voice and identity in the college football recruiting space. I also lead the promotion of our recruiting content for ESPN. In 2024, the UCReport was the top performing social platform at 3STEP.

Additionally, I assist in overseeing marketing for 3STEP at large. This includes providing support and leading key decisions on strategy, content, and execution across our sports and events. In this element of my job, I am able to provide resources for our 150+ brand and event operators to use to further enhance their marketing and design capabilities and execution. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and CMO, I am able to lead strategy and execution for our in-house marketing platforms and also communicate with our brand leads on best practice and decision making.
